Until October 2023 Grayton D had never read a book outside of Star Wars or Fantasy. Additionally, he'd an unspoken dream to write or narrate his own book one day. Then, after being introduced to, "Hooked" Emily McIntire's Peter Pan Retelling, he became a fan for the spicier sides of literature.

Taking to Tiktok in October 2024 as a Masked content creator Grayton D. eventually found his place as a Half-Breed, half Masktok, half Booktok. With a special respect for Indie Authors, he began to build friendships with various self-published authors through interviews and live readings.

Some of these Authors have included but are not limited to: D. Raven, Ezra King, Pandora Cress, Sybil Knight, Ayden Perry, Kayleigh Hilton, and Hannah Harp.

It was after one of through one of these interviews that he received his first narration contract with Author D. Raven, on the book First Christmas, with Narrator, Mentor, & Friend, RL HEMM.

Since that first book as of May 2025 Grayton has been signed to narrate a total of 7 projects with more in talks. Please view the "Narration," page for a complete list of Announced Projects.

In addition to the breach into the world of Voice Acting/Narration, Grayton D. has finished his debut novel "Deadly Obsession - A Dark Slasher Romance." Which releases at the start of August 2025, after which he will be pick up a side project, in addition to a possible sequel to, Deadly Obsession.
